How does it work?
S3 For Coaches consists of three 90-minute live training sessions with Coach Theophan, in addition to eight hours of video content. Once complete, you can then attend live reinforcement training with Theophan and other S3 students each week, practicing your new skills until they become second nature!
Module 1 - Identity, Perception, and Reality
  • You will learn why people become defensive and push back when they perceive someone is trying to sell them a product or service and why it's important to never come across as a salesperson when you're meeting with someone as a professional coach.
  • You will become bulletproof when going through the ups and downs of building your coaching practice and will learn how to not take it personally when a prospective coaching client tells you they are not interested in working with you.
  • Tactically, you will learn how to invite your prospective coaching client to go to the next step without having to trick or manipulate them.

  • You will learn how to laser focus on the person you are communicating with, causing them to feel like the center of the universe.
  • You will also learn how to connect with anybody, anywhere, anytime, and quickly build trust. This isn't just about surface-level rapport; it's about caring enough to connect. Learn how to find out what your prospective coaching client needs by inviting them to be clear and precise through your ability to ask good questions and listen with intent.
  • You will also be able to know when to talk, when to listen, and when to ask the right questions at the right time to move your prospective coaching client to a place of ultimate satisfaction with your service.
Module 3 - Success And Being In Charge
  • You will learn strategies for being extremely productive and building enormous momentum with each day.
  • You will learn how to always know what is happening next in your process of onboarding new clients, as well as setting an agenda for each initial consultation, which will put you in a position of no longer chasing prospective coaching clients that “ghost” you.
Module 4 - Effective Needs Assessment
  • You will learn how to find out what your prospective coaching client needs without hammering them with the features and benefits of what you do as a coach or providing them with free coaching.
  • You will also be introduced to how to ask curious questions and practice active listening to hone in on exactly how you will approach a coaching relationship with the person you're meeting with.
Module 5 - Negotiating Money and Making Sure You're In Front Of The Right People
  • You will learn how to negotiate comfortably around money and how to get all the money issues on the table, so you're not blind-sided later when the prospect tells you they need to think about it and will get back to you.
  • Find out how to identify your prospective client's budget and fit their budget to the coaching services you offer.
  • Learn how to get in front of all the decision-makers before sharing your process and what a coaching engagement will look like.
Module 6 - Giving A Killer Presentation
  • You will learn exactly how and when to share what you do as a coach and how you will engage in coaching with your prospective client.
  • You will also learn what to talk about, so you don't overshare and lose the client before you enroll them.
  • Finally, we will teach you how to kill buyer's remorse before it sets in, keeping your brand new client from contacting you prior to the first session and canceling.
